How must i apply makeup to my face? I’m 16 years of age and I don’t want to wear a lot of makeup. I only want to wear eyeliner and eyeshadow and that’s all my mother will let me wear. However the plain thing is I don’t want to look bad or appear to be a clown in it, so how must I apply it to look pretty. I’m a black with medium-brown skin, kind of gold. I’m 12 going to 7th quality.

This is how I placed on my makeup. You can put on base if you have acne. It in a swirling motion Apply. Get concealer and put a large dot on under-eye circles. Utilize a rolling movement.
