Or sometimes your money is needed to pay some professional (like a lawyer) a fee to hold the cash for a week or two to make sure it is “clean” and no one can claim it. You start your cash, and you see your money never, the helpful strangers, or the professional again. A so-called bank or investment company official requests your help to catch a dishonest teller.

Soon after the death of a member of family, someone provides a leather-bound Bible that your deceased relative allegedly ordered.
